At Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants, we are looking for our next great teammate! We are searching for a motivated Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) who will become as proud of our family-owned, patient-centered, fast-paced practice as we are!
About the Position:
In addition to dispensing, the HIS will be responsible for patient education, inventory management and hearing instrument repair for a wide range of patients.
If you want the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks related to the overall hearing health of our patients and have strong interpersonal and clinical skills, then we are the clinic for you.
The ideal candidate is an independent, self-motivated professional dedicated to best practices and the provision of exceptional patient experiences.
The qualified candidate must have a High School diploma or equivalent or an associate’s degree from a hearing instrument specialist program and must hold or have the ability to obtain a dispensing license in South Dakota and Iowa.
We offer a competitive compensation package starting at $55k-63k, benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, 10 paid holidays, professional membership and continuing education funds.
